Do You Need to Refinance to Stop Foreclosure?

If you need to refinance to stop foreclosure, it’s best to do it early. If you are less than two months behind on your mortgage payments your current lender may be willing to work with you to either refinance or at least extend the term of your loan. If you still have decent credit a good income and equity in your home, refinancing may be just what you need to stop foreclosure.
